Kelly is a Master PMU Artist with 27+ Years of Experience performing eyebrows, eyeliner, lip blusing, beauty marks, areola restoration, microblading, saline tattoo removal and more....
She is a Graduate of The Prestigious Beau Institute, studying under Rosamary Beauchemin and Elizabeth Finch-Howell, who received their certifications in Europe bringing it to the United States.
• Tuition fee: $3900
• A $500 deductable is required
(Includes 40 hours of at home training followed by a 5 day intensive 1-on-1 training such as mapping, masterclass, live model demonstrations & supervised live model practice.)
